90 Days to $1M.
The 90-day plan that raised $1M, taught step by step.
A cohort-based coaching program for development professionals and executive directors at small and mid-size nonprofits. Over 90 days, participants learn the blueprint behind a real fundraising turnaround and build a campaign for their own organization.
The Story Behind the Program.
When Braden Pedersen joined Back to the Bible as Chief Advancement Officer, he expected a fundraising rebuild. On his first day he learned the 87-year-old faith-based nonprofit had less than two weeks of cash reserves in the bank, with payroll coming up that week. No one else on the leadership team had raised a cent.
Over the next 90 days, under Braden's leadership, Back to the Bible raised more than $1M. An organization that was days from closing it's doors became an industry leader once more. How did it happen? 90 Days to $1M teaches the plan behind that result.

Common Questions.
Does the program guarantee that my organization will raise $1M?
No. The $1M figure describes what happened at Back to the Bible. The program teaches the method and tools, and each organization sets a goal that fits its own budget. Results vary by organization.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan on a 90-minute cohort call every other week, plus homework, a short pod meeting, and optional office hours in the off weeks. Most of the homework is campaign work the organization would be doing anyway.
Can my executive director and I join together?
Yes. A second participant from the same organization joins at $250/month, and the workbook divides assignments between the executive and the development lead.
What if I miss a call?
Every call is recorded and posted to the cohort platform within 24 hours.
Do I need to be in Kansas City?
No. All calls are on Google Meet. Graduates outside Kansas City join a virtual graduation, and their certificates are mailed.
When are future cohorts?
Four cohorts run each year, beginning in January, April, July, and October.
